Shipping policy

FULFILLMENT SCHEDULE
We process and ship orders once per week, at the end of the week in which your order was placed. Orders are grouped by the week they are received. All orders placed during a given week will be shipped together at the end of that week. Shipping typically occurs on Friday or Saturday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships — an example timeline:

Order placed: Monday, January 15

Ships by: Friday/Saturday, January 19-20

Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after shipment (depending on your location and shipping method)

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Please note, our Appliqué de Lys sconces are handcrafted made-to-order items and require additional production time.

Production Time
Approximately 2-3 weeks from order date

Shipping
1-2 business days once construction complete

Total Timeline
Please allow 3-4 weeks total from order to delivery

You will receive an email notification when your order begins production and another with tracking information once it has shipped.

If you order books and a lighting sconce together, they will ship separately according to their respective timelines.

Standard Shipping
3-7 business days after shipment

Expedited Shipping
2-3 business days after shipment

Please note: Expedited shipping only affects delivery time after your order ships. All orders still ship according to our weekly schedule.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

Shipping confirmation email
Tracking number
Estimated delivery date

You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to addresses worldwide.
